Cancellation "Life Happens" Policy

Cancellations/Rescheduling appointments:
24 hours’ notice is required for canceling or rescheduling. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be required to pay a minimum $25 cancellation fee or HALF of the service fee will be charged, whichever is greater.  *Technicians may have additional cancellation fees based on their services.

If you have multiple appointments booked and you decide not to do all your services scheduled at the time of your appointment you will be charged the FULL amount if 24 hours’ notice is not given prior to the appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the FULL price of your service time.

More than one cancellation, no show, or reschedule without proper notification, you will no longer be able to book with Beauty Boost Skincare & More in house. We will require you to book future appointments online where HALF of the service charge will be on hold. Our technician’s time is valuable as small business owners and we appreciate your respect and understanding.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule, HALF of the service cost will be charged in addition.

We appreciate you wanting to be on time or early for your appointments, but our technicians need time to eat, prepare, etc. so please do not show up more than 7 minutes prior to your appointment time unless otherwise requested by your technician.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates do not expire; however, the value may change over time. Be advised that if you present an old certificate, our prices may have changed, and your gift certificate may not reflect the current value and you may have to pay the difference.

If you cancel outside of the 24-hour cancellation policy, you may risk voiding your gift certificate completely (Varies by technician).

Gift Certificates obtained through a donation (IE: auction or raffle) have strict expiration dates. Most donated gift certificates expire three months from the date of the event. All cancellation policies are strictly enforced with donated certificates. Expired gift certificates will not be honored. If an expired certificate is presented, you will be required to pay for the cost of the service. Please check expiration date prior to booking your appointment.

No more than one donated gift certificate can be used in one visit. If you have obtained more than one gift certificate obtained from an auction or raffle (a donated certificate) you may not use them both in one day. You just book two separate appointments on two separate days.

Service packages:
Any service can be purchased in a package of six for a discounted price.

Service packages must be used within one year of purchase. Any services not used within one year of package purchase are forfeited. If you do not give sufficient notice of needing to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit one of your package services. (Please see 24-hour notification policy)

Product return:
If you are not satisfied with a retail product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for HALF of the purchase price.

Once product has left the spa, it is impossible to resell it to another client, so we can only refund HALF of the purchase price for this reason.

Exchanges will only be made at the 50% value of the return.

In Spa Credits:
Beauty Boost Skincare & More often gives $5/10 in spa credit for things like referrals, Google/Facebook reviews and holiday promotions. Many clients accumulate several spa credits. When using a Spa Credit, only one ($5/10) credit can be used per visit. Spa credits cannot be used toward already discounted services. This is to include bundled service packages, special promotions, donated services, and services under $25.

Spa Credits expire 6 months after issue date.
